Determine your debt ratio
many of you are afraid of the word or the fear of debt owed​​, and there are some areas of your hobby instead of debt. however if you already understand what is the significance of the debt itself.?
debt is the sum of money or something that can be in the value of the money received from the other party under the agreement with the obligation to return or repay. and, because of the obligation to return or settle the question arises who should be in charge, to how much you may owe in order not to make you bankrupt?
You usually owe is usually difficult to get out of debt air syndrome, many of the factors that cause, from habit, compulsion, so caught up in the "lid hole dug hole phenomenon". before you go into the calculation of the ratio of debt compared to assets and debt to income ratio, you have to recognize two types of debt,  productive debt and consumer debt 

•  productive debt
  any kind of debt that has characteristics: the value of the assets purchased by way of debt will increase over time, assets purchased by way owing to an income equal to or greater than the cost of debt service (principal and interest)
  examples of productive debt mortgage, credit apartment ownership, mortgage business space. loans to businesses.
•  consumer debt
  any kind of debt that has characteristics: the value of assets acquired by way of debt will come down over time, assets purchased by debt can not provide the same opportunities atu greater than the cost of debt repayments. requires no collateral, usually used spare very high interest rates,
  
  a simple example of consumer debt we encountered was a credit card.
